In-light of the worsing situtation concering the Coronavirus and the closing of borders we have taken the decsion to cancel the May convoy to Moldava. We are still looking to run a convoy in Sept, but this will be dependent on significant improvements in the current situation.
We are in desperate need of some storage space in the North East or North West. Can you help?
As ever, brilliant work by CWUHA (Communication Workers Union Humanitarian Aid) and some stunning images - particularly love this 👇🏾
A very moving day, visiting the Excel Education Foundation Project in Tanzania, which supports vulnerable families in need, to sponsor children through school and into college. What an honour to be invited into some of these families' humble homes 💞
We went to visit the families of some the Tanzania children sponsored by CWUHA . . . We cannot describe how heart breaking, but also heartwarming this was 💔💞💖

We say our goodbyes today to a truly great man who was an inspiration to all around him. A great family man, ardent Union man, a charity campaigner for MND which Mike raised so much money for ... R.I.P. Mike Findley ❤️ we shall raise a glass or two in loving memory to you mate x
Sounds like the Maldova humanitarian aid trip has been truly inspirational and humbling - I can't wait to get a full report on your return comrade.
As the June 19 Convoy draws to an end we would like to thank @RoyalMail @eir for loaning us vehicles & drivers @CWUnews @CWU @BTGroup for releasing their employees. Companies like @Pellacraft1 for donating goodies. You all have massive ❤❤ & together we delivered 100's 😁😁😁
CWUHA often supports other children's charities like Friends of Chernobyl who organised for 17 kids from Chernobyl to visit the UK. We donated towards providing lunch and @cwugmersey gave the kids goodie bags when they visited Manchester House Care Home. Top Day was had by all.
The Bread & Salt ceremony was performed by children at the centres in Moldova where our drivers delivered aid. It's was a lovely gesture and is for when important, respected, or admired guests arrive. The drivers were humbled to receive such a warm & loving welcome ❤
