As the June 19 Convoy draws to an end we would like to thank @RoyalMail @eir for loaning us vehicles & drivers @CWUnews @CWU @BTGroup for releasing their employees. Companies like @Pellacraft1 for donating goodies. You all have massive ❤❤ & together we delivered 100's 😁😁😁
CWUHA often supports other children's charities like Friends of Chernobyl who organised for 17 kids from Chernobyl to visit the UK. We donated towards providing lunch and @cwugmersey gave the kids goodie bags when they visited Manchester House Care Home. Top Day was had by all.
The Bread & Salt ceremony was performed by children at the centres in Moldova where our drivers delivered aid. It's was a lovely gesture and is for when important, respected, or admired guests arrive. The drivers were humbled to receive such a warm & loving welcome ❤

It is with great sadness that we have to announce that yesterday CWUHA Vetran Pat Friskey passed away after a long illness. Our love and sympathy go out to his wife Caroline and all Pat's family. Both Pat and Caroline have been part of CWUHA since its beginning.. RIP Pat ❤
