Updates on the Tanzanian Trip
Although the supporters of CWUHA normally work as a team, occasionally one person's efforts can make a huge difference to the life of an unfortunate child. Pictured is a Tanzanian girl called Neema. When Chris Keggie & Heather Park visited this family in Moshi it was discovered Neema and her sister Elizabeth were both disabled and that they shared one wheelchair between them. When one sister went out the other was housebound. To Chris this was unacceptable. On his return he entered a 10K run in Edinburgh and raised the £250 in sponsorship required to purchase the chair in Moshi. Now, even though the sisters love each other, they can lead separate, mobile, lives whenever necessary. Well done Chris.
WE LIKE WHEN A PLAN COMES TOGETHER
Pictured is the second schoolroom at Mr. Massawee's school in Moshi Tanzania.CWUHA was privileged to be able to provide the finance to finish of this project, resulting in the education of an extra 60 children, on a daily basis. Mr. Massawee can now use the sale of his small maize crop in order to at least give the children one meagre meal each day. This is a day to be proud of?
